We are a family run business offering luxury self-catering holiday accommodation on our converted farm in Wiltshire. Ford Farm Barns is on the outskirts of the historic town of Bradford-on-Avon and only 8 miles east of the world-renowned city of Bath. Set within beautiful countryside and conveniently located for many attractions, we offer the perfect retreat for a family holiday, gathering of friends or event.
Our Accommodation
We offer flexible accommodation for groups of up to 21 people across two properties. Looking for something smaller? Then you can book one of our properties individually.

Farmhouse | 6 Bedrooms
The Farmhouse sleeps 13 adults across 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (2 ensuite). An additional 2 small children can be accommodated on optional floor beds and there is plenty of room for cots. A large fully equipped kitchen, games room and exclusive use of the outdoor swimming pool (open May-Sep) make the Farmhouse the ideal venue for a gathering of family or friends. Includes communal use of our tennis court.

Coach House | 4 Bedrooms
The Coach House sleeps 8 adults across 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite), with space in all bedrooms for cots. This converted barn provides open plan living with private walled garden, patio and gas BBQ. It’s only a short walk across the courtyard to the Farmhouse if you are renting both properties. Includes communal use of our tennis court and garden games.
Discover Ford Farm Barns
There’s plenty to do during your stay at Ford Farm Barns. Guests booking the Farmhouse can enjoy our outdoor heated swimming pool (open May-Sep). Why not challenge the family to a tennis match on our all-weather court or raid the games shed for a spot of croquet on the lawn. Spend an afternoon tiring the kids out with a game of football or let them loose in the children’s play area. Take the dog for a stomp through the beautiful surrounding countryside. In the evening, get the whole group together for a grand dinner in the Garden Room. Then at the end of the day, take a soak with our luxury toiletries, before sleeping peacefully on our pillow-top Hypnos mattresses.

With world-class attractions on our doorstep you won’t be short of things to do in the surrounding area. The UNESCO World Heritage city of Bath is only 15 minutes away or explore the beautiful Bradford-on-Avon just down the road. For a fun-filled day for all the family, head to Longleat Safari Park and House - as an official accommodation partner for Longleat we can provide a 20% discount on day tickets. Alternatively pop across to our neighbours at Cumberwell Park for a round of golf, discover one of the nearby National Trust properties or enjoy sampling the many local restaurants and pubs.
