Children
All ages welcome. We can provide toddler floor beds (2 available) and cots (3 available) if required.

Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcome if kept downstairs and off beds & furniture. Please do not allow your dog to roam the grounds unattended. To avoid damage to the swimming pool cover and liner dogs are not permitted in the pool area. There is a cleaning charge of £30 per dog.

Noise Policy
The property is set in private grounds with neighbouring residential homes. Please limit any loud music playing inside the house so it cannot be heard outside. After 11pm please treat the terraces and gardens around the house as quiet areas.

Damage Deposit
Please note there is a refundable damage deposit of £1500, payable with the balance. Balance payments are due 42 days prior to arrival.

Smoking
Strictly no smoking.

Check In & Check Out Times
Earliest check in is 4.00pm. Latest check in is 11.00pm. We kindly ask that you check out by 10.00am (extended to Noon on Sundays).
